Traitors Party

I enjoy hosting themed parties for my friends as they allow me to execute larger creative endeavors outside work and are a great reason to gather and be social.

A friend and I planned our game of “The Traitors” a few months before it culminated in a 12-hour competition day with 20 of our friends. I headed up the theming which included writing a script to introduce elements of the game and making props and decorations. We also developed eight unique challenges for the missions that players had to complete each “day” to earn their prize pot. One of these challenges was a scavenger hunt around the neighborhood with riddles inspired by a crossword puzzle leading to the correct intersections. It was a labor of love that involved coordinating countless logistics on top of the creative elements, but it was a fulfilling creative personal project!
